Privacy Policy
1. Summary
rakit-labs.com is a static website. It has no accounts, no forms, no cookies and no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not sell personal data.
2. What we collect
- Email you send us. If you write to hello@rakit-labs.com, we receive your email address and whatever you include in the message. We use it only to reply and to keep a record of the conversation.
- Technical data handled by our host. The site is served by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use this data to identify or profile visitors.
3. Cookies and tracking
The site sets no cookies and loads no analytics, advertising or social media tracking scripts. Fonts and media are served from our own domain.
4. Email forwarding
Email sent to hello@rakit-labs.com is routed through Cloudflare Email Routing to the inbox we use to reply.
5. Our products
Each Rakit Labs product, such as Ujian Sekolah and Sulih Studio, runs on its own website under its own policies. This policy covers only rakit-labs.com.
6. Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. We handle personal data in line with Indonesian law, including Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection (UU PDP). Write to hello@rakit-labs.com.
7. Retention
We keep emails only as long as needed to respond and for our records, and delete them on request unless the law requires us to keep them.
8. Governing law
This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
