1. About these terms
These terms apply to the website rakit-labs.com (the "site"), run by Rakit Labs, an AI product studio in Indonesia ("we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What the site is
The site describes Rakit Labs, how we build, and the products we make. It is a static information site. It has no accounts, no sign-up and no payments.
3. Our products have their own terms
Each Rakit Labs product, such as Ujian Sekolah and Sulih Studio, runs on its own website under that site's own terms and policies. When you use a product, those apply to that product. These terms cover only rakit-labs.com.
4. Content and links
We try to keep the site accurate. Numbers on the site, such as repository and pull request counts, are pulled from public sources like GitHub when the site is built and may be out of date. The site links to other websites, such as GitHub and X. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
5. Intellectual property
The Rakit Labs name, logo, text and design of this site belong to Rakit Labs. Open-source code linked from the site is covered by the licence in each repository. Product screenshots and recordings show our own products.
6. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to disrupt the site, access it in ways that put unreasonable load on it, or use it for anything unlawful.
7. No warranty
The site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, Rakit Labs is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute will be handled under Indonesian law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top shows when they last changed.
